Manifest is a web-based tool for building UTM-tagged marketing links, generating short trackable URLs, viewing click analytics for those links, and creating QR codes for them. It's operated by the individual account holder registered with Stripe for payment processing on this site ("we," "us").
You need an account (email and password) to save links and use the dashboard. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you think someone else has access to it.
You agree not to use Manifest's short links or redirect service to point to content that is illegal, fraudulent, phishing, malware, or otherwise harmful, and not to use the service to send spam or abuse others. We may disable links or suspend accounts that violate this.
Manifest offers a free plan (25 links/month) and paid subscription plans (Starter and Pro) billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel. You can change or cancel your plan anytime from your account; access to paid features continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
You're responsible for the destination URLs and campaign information you enter. We don't review or endorse the content you link to, and we're not responsible for what happens on websites you send traffic to.
You can stop using Manifest and close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including the acceptable use section above.
Manifest is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Manifest after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
